So how do u go about building your own property?
Firstly, the client finds a plot of land to their liking. We have a vast selection of building plots in various areas to choose from but there is no obligation to buy a plot from ourselves. we will assist every client in acquiring the plot of their choice. Once a plot has been chosen there is no need to build straight away. Land can be purchased first and the building can be erected at a later date.
